I'm looking for friends to meet in Halkidiki this summer. I'm expecting to be in Greece around the end of May till mid-June. I'm travelling with my little travel companion, Kelly, who's only 4 but has been travelling around Greece since she was a baby!

I've been to Neos Marmaras on a few occasions (although I always stay in Kriopigi, Kassandra) and it's a very pretty working fishing village, so mainly fresh fish tavernas. It's quite small with a handful of shops and tavernas/restaurants and there are some beautiful beaches close by. The scenery on Sithonia is stunning. Have a good time!

We've just booked a week to Villa Kosmas in Halkidiki. Our two children, a girl 14 and a boy 9 are both looking forward to it, but, can anyone tell us anything about the appartments and the area of Kriopigi. We would really appreciate any information on places to eat or see whilst we are there. Thanks.

I, myself am a rep here in Halkidiki, although my colleague works at Villa Kosmas, the property is only a couple of years old, lovely swimming pool, as well is situated right on the beach, which is beautiful, you'll have a great time, watch out for Sakis-the barmans cocktails, there is a great lad on reception called nick - the property is family run which makes all the differance,
