After spending two weeks in Athitos and eating out most nights, haris's taverna located just off the square has to have been my favourite place to eat. The traditional greek restaurant has an abundance of character and the food there excelled anything else I ate in the village. For anybody visiting the village you should go and try the fresh swordfish.... and the gypsy chicken. |
