"ILIA's House" offers you comfortable studios and apartments in a beautiful blue scenery right by the beach. It is located on Salonikiou Beach, on the Sithonia Peninsula and it is an ideal choice for those who want a peaceful environment combined with a clean beach and crystal clear waters.
The studios are ideal for couples or families with up to 2 young children as they have a double bed and a bunk bed. They have a well-equipped kitchen, WC/shower, air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi and balcony. They are located on the first floor and have a spectacular view of the sea and the Mount Athos peninsula.
The complex's apartments are located on the ground floor and have direct access to the garden. They are ideal for families with up to 3 children. They consist of one bedroom with a double bed, an open plan kitchen with a bed and a sofa bed, WC/shower and veranda. They also have air conditioning, TV and Wi-Fi
The garden which leads directly to the sandy beach, is totally safe for children and has a children's playground. You will also find sea-side gazebos, hammocks, BBQs and free umbrellas and sun beds for every guest. There is also private parking within the property.
To ensure your pleasant stay, we provide every day cleaning services and changing of linen (sheets and towels) every three days.
