Olive House

Olive House is located in Elia Beach, a beautiful location between 2 of Halkidiki's most popular holiday resorts, Nikiti and Neos Marmaras.
It is built in a 1500m2 area which is surrounded by olive trees and colorful natural plantation and is characterized from its "greek island" style.
Olive House consists of the following fully equipped studios and apartments that can accommodate from 2 to 4 guests:
Studio No. 003: 2bed studio on the ground floor. Can host 2 adults and 1 child.
Studio No. 202: 2bed studio on the first floor with the possibility to accommodate a child on the specially designed loft
Superior studio No. 002: 4bed studio on the ground floor with the possibility to accommodate 2 adults and 2 children
Apartments No. 004, 005, 102, 103: 4bed apartments, with the possibility of accomodating 2 adults and 2 children
Superior apartments No. 001, 101, 201: 4bed apartments with the possibility of accomodating 2 adults and 2 children.
The beach is located in a distance of 55m.
