Stella & Evi's House

In Agios Nikolaos, a picturesque village in Sithonia, Halkidiki, is our stone built and cozy house. You have at your disposal an entire floor with a courtyard, fully equipped and furnished with all the necessary amenities to spend your vacation carefree!
It consists of 2 rooms, 1 bathroom, living room and kitchen and can accommodate 4 to 5 people. The kitchen has an oven with hobs, fridge with freezer, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and household utensils. In the bedrooms there is a wardrobe. The house also has Wi-Fi, satellite TV and air conditioning.
Outside there is a balcony with a view of our picturesque village and a courtyard with a barbecue. Opposite the entrance of the house there is free parking space.
As the house is located close to the village center, you have quick access to a bakery, supermarket, shops and of course the busy square where you will find pizzerias and traditional tavernas
The nearest large beach is Trani Ammouda and is a 5 minute drive away. There are also many other beaches around to explore.
