Svetlana's Studios stand on Sithonia’s peninsula, in Toroni, just 100m from the spectacular 4 km sandy beach.
The studio complex consists of two buildings 30m  from each other and can accommodate up to three guests each; there are also larger studio apartments with a separate kitchen that can accommodate up to 5 guests. All studios have a fully equipped kitchen, a refrigerator, a bathroom, air-conditioning (A/C), a television (TV) and spacious patios.
Both buildings have private parking lots and are surrounded by a luscious green garden where the guests are free to use the available kiosk as well as the barbecue - grill.

In Toroni, the visitor will find restaurants, pizzerias, super markets, sea-front cafeterias etc., while the cosmopolitan village of Neos Marmaras is just 17 km away.
The area is also the ideal starting point for taking day trips to the nearby villages and beaches, where you will be able to discover Sithonia’s hidden beauties.
