Villa Elli is a studio and apartment complex located just outside the village of Nikiti, on the Sithonia peninsula.
It consists of double and triple studios and four-bedded two-room apartments. They all have a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, mini-oven with hobs, cooking utensils), WC/shower, air conditioning (A/C), satellite TV, Wi-Fi and a spacious balcony.
It is surrounded by a fenced off lush green garden of 5000 sq.m with olive and palm trees. The garden also has a children's playground where children can play safely, a gazebo with a barbecue and ample parking area. It is located ~ 5' walking from the sea.
