Nikiti is a seaside tourist settlement located in Sithonia, Halkidiki, about 100 km from Thessaloniki. Villa Ioanna is located between Metamorfosi and Nikiti, ~ 300m from the beach, and is suitable for those who want to relax in a peaceful family atmosphere.
For your stay we offer fully furnished studios, two-bedroom apartments and a maisonette. The studios can accommodate 2-3 people while the apartments and the maisonette can accommodate 4-5 people. They all have a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary kitchen utensils, TV, air conditioner (A/C), WC/shower and spacious balconies with sea view or garden view.
In our complex there is a well-kept garden with many flowers and trees, where there is a barbecue which can be used by our guests. Provate parking are is also provided.
Villa Ioanna provides easy access to neighboring areas and beaches. Nikiti is located ~1000m away where will find super markets, shops, ATMs and services as well as restaurants and cafeterias on its promenade.
